We may collect information you voluntarily provide when contacting us, booking or purchasing services, completing forms, or participating in sessions or programs. This may include your name, contact information, booking information, payment information, communications, and information you choose to share in connection with our services.

We use personal information only for reasonable business purposes, including providing and personalizing services, managing appointments and payments, communicating with you, maintaining necessary records, and improving our services.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers when reasonably necessary to operate our website, bookings, payments, communications, or technology services, or when required or permitted by law.

We take reasonable measures to safeguard personal information and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for business or legal purposes. Alberta PIPA also provides individuals with rights to request access to and correction of their personal information.

Our website and third-party providers may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for website functionality, analytics, bookings, or other services.

Some third-party technology or service providers may process information outside Canada. Where applicable, information may therefore be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed. Before publishing, we should identify the relevant country or countries, because Alberta specifically requires businesses using service providers outside Canada to disclose that information and the purposes involved.
